Rachel is an incredible women who I have the pleasure of being coached by, during the 6 week Alive women programme.  She is focused on working with Women to live meaningful, fulfilled and impactful life. She is a very special lady who has great intuition, I have never felt more accepted, empowered or challenged coaching with her. She has a non-linear approach, which is very different to traditional coaching I have had before, this opens up a new way of thinking and looking at yourself that gets amazing results. I worked 121 with Rachel on a 1-month intensive leadership coaching programme.  It was highly transformational.
